Super calming, great place to go with family and friends. Views are incredible and the smells and breeze really ground you. The entire are is filled with things to do but this is one the most scenic ones. Cobblestone walls, seaweed, and everything you can imagine. Highly recommend checking it out.
Good experience with nature , but beach need to cleanup, there is lot garbage which comes up with water on beach. Global warming is real. Go GREEN - USE 4R - refuse,reduce,reuse,recycle.

Scenic. If you're not from West Haven; don't know about the...let's say Clientele...this is a beautiful beach. There's a long stretch of boardwalk where you can jog from the nature preserve to Bradley Point. If you want; run all the way to Woodmont Beach in Milford.
